North Dakota’s Legislative Assembly will convene next week, October 23 to October 27, to address the recent ruling of the North Dakota Supreme Court. The State’s Highest Court ruled that Senate Bill 2015, Office of Management and Budget, violated the State's constitution, voiding the entire piece of legislation passed during the 68th Legislative Session, which adjourned on April 30, 2023.
